This program is very comprehensive and I promise you will learn a lot and most likely receive surprising benefits (as indicated in client's testimonials). One of the things that is so awesome about this program this time of years is that it includes local winter produce, life-giving, nourishing foods and simple and delicious recipes from The Blue Zones, regions in the world where people thrive into their 100's.

As with all my challenges, this one also focuses on optimal health, including: life-giving, nutritious food, meal timing, including a new time-restrictive eating regimen that works, exercise, sleep, mental well-being, etc, that when done concurrently, can provide greater results in weight loss and improvements in health.

Nourishing your body is paramount to this. When you nourish your body with what it needs, your body heals and ultimately thrives. If you struggle with your health, weight, aches and pains, feeling tired, stress, allergies/asthma, inflammation, sleep, digestion, lacking vitality, weak immune system, putting on muscle, etc, take a chance on this 30-day program, you won't regret it! 

 

The Foods

The focus will be on fresh, local winter foods, incorporated into many Blue Zones recipes for health and longevity. Fresh, whole foods provides us with what our body needs at the right time of year and are aligned with nature help to balance the body. When consumed healthfully, unhealthy food cravings disappear because the body is getting what it needs, so the body thrives and weight loss happens easily. Consuming winter foods also helps combat the dryness of winter and can replenish our depleted reserves of moisture.

What you'll get:

  • Food Plan - this can be modified for specific individual's needs.

  • Recipes 

  • Shopping list

  • List of all recommended foods

  • Supplement Guide since no diet provides all of the micronutrients our body needs from the food we eat.

 

Intuitive Eating

You will learn to eat intuitively, so no calorie or macro counting is necessary, however, you have the option of tracking if you choose to do so. The macros are built into the food plan.

The Workouts/Fitness

Learn what type of workouts (resistance training and cardio) are recommended to reach your goal and what is recommended for muscle tone/gain and cardiovascular fitness in order to burn more fat, and improve metabolism, including the needs of seniors over the age of 50. I will also provide a fitness challenge.

Mindfulness

Tips to learn how to include mindfulness to reduce stress, anxiety, and provide balance, which can help eliminate unhealthy eating patterns.

To help optimize your success, the following classes (see details below) will be offered 1) Start Up Class; 2) Vision/Ideal Life Box Class; 3) Grocery Shopping Field Trip; 4) Zoom Q/A Class

Saturday, January 7, 12noon to 3pm - Start Up Class - A comprehensive class, including some cooking and food prep tips to help you save time in the kitchen. Attending will help ensure you have the knowledge, understanding and confidence to succeed in this program! Attendance is highly recommended. Provided for all registered in the Challenge.

​

Grocery Shopping Field Trip - Farmer's Market and Trader Joe's to help you make the best food choices and money saving tips. Date/time TBA. Cost: $20

​

Zoom Class - discussion, Q/A. Date/time TBA. Free

More Details

  1. 30-Day Challenge dates – January 7 through February 4.

  2. Reserve your spot; contact me to sign up. Challenge Limit: 20. I will send you a detailed questionnaire to get to know your current health and fitness lifestyle, health challenges, goals, etc. 

  3. Optional: Make an appointment with me to weigh-in and measure body fat. If you live out of town, you can weigh yourself and/or find someone to measure you. You may also consider getting blood work done before the challenge to see where you’re starting from and how it changes during the 30 days. You’d be amazed at how much can change in a relatively short period of time.

 

30-Day Program Cost: $120 (Venmo, Apple Pay, Zelle or Cash)
