Private and Group Sessions​

​

My niche is women over 50 in both private and group settings. Our women's groups are awesome! They are fun and supportive. The workouts are functional and challenging. Since this is a demographic that is usually concerned with building muscle and strength, strengthening bones, pelvic floor muscles, mobility, flexibility, balance, etc, I keep these variables in mind when I design each workout.

Our workouts include the following equipment:

  • dumbbells

  • kettlebells

  • resistance bands

  • mini bands

  • jump ropes

  • battling ropes

  • calisthenics

  • TRX and more... 

​

 We incorporate various levels of intensity and may include agility and dynamic movements.

I can not stress enough how dedicated Diane is to teaching proper form. She takes the time to explain body position and movement to make sure we are performing each exercise correctly and getting the most out of the workout. And she rounds out every session with incredible stretching exercises. My strength and flexibility have definitely improved!
