The approach

The comprehensive body work is effective at improving the following systems:

  • Fascia

  • Lymphatic

  • Circulatory

  • Blood flow

  • Sleep

  • Recovery

 

What to expect:

  • High vibration therapy using a Hypervolt, the best high vibration tool available.

  • Mobility work to facilitate movement and improve range of motion.

  • Assisted stretching, including:  Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) stretching, an advanced form of flexibility training and one of the most effective methods of stretching for improving flexibility.

  • Other methods of stretching include: Assisted Stretching and Active Isolated Stretching.

  • Optional: Upon request, Reiki energy to further facilitate relaxation, reduce anxiety and improve healing.

  • Essential oils diffused to promote further relaxation.

 

To promote relaxation, sessions are performed in a private, comfortable room, on a Therma-top (heated) memory foam treatment table.

Sessions may be performed to simply enhance relaxation or take the body work time to engage in problem solving body and health issues with Diane. Based on session findings and requests, Diane can offer personalized stretching and/or strengthening exercises, nutrition modifications, and lifestyle changes to enhance further progress.

 

Treating the body as a whole is “wholistic body work.”

Diane is passionate about helping her clients live a long, vibrant, pain-free and healthful life. Some of her certifications and in-depth experience include: Biomechanics of Assisted Stretching, Active Isolated Stretching and Neuromuscular (PNF) Stretching, body work for improved mobility, flexibility and circulation, personal training, performance nutrition, plant-based nutrition, energy work (Reiki), mindfulness, and more. She is a lifetime multi-sport athlete and knows how to help you move better and feel better.
